Led teams to adopt user-centered design methods in crafting industry-leading design systems and user experiences—from concept to execution. Created new Tebra design language to build beautiful and usable healthcare products for doctors and their patients. Worked to define and evolve the tools, design processes, and communication around design system utilization across departments. Pushed for accessibility in existing and new products.


Director of Product Design - Robin Healthcare
2020 - 2022

Led ideation and execution of design systems and experiences that revolutionized the way doctors care for their patients by connecting the physical and digital to removing the barriers that get in the way of the practice of medicine. Design innovations allowed Robin to find the market fit necessary to go from a seed round start-up to a Series B raise of $50 million.

 
  • Built and led the distributed design, UX research, and copywriting teams. Established design culture, creative career guidance, and systems to empower team members to succeed. Managed managers.

Co-Founded and owned a boutique creative agency that partnered with agencies, corporations, and start-ups to shape creative experiences that connected consumers with products and services across the social, digital, and physical spaces. Clients ranged from CPG to software. With design thinking at our core, we developed high-impact creative ranging from brand development and social media to online promotions and digital products.

 

Van Der Hagen
Brand development, created new visual language, refined voice. Created awareness drivers in social channels with interactive posts, videos, stories, influencers, and online promotions. Created and launched new B2C site for brand.

Beard Guyz

Guided teams through creative strategy, concept development, and flawless end-to-end executions. Managed teams of art directors, copywriters, production artists, and managers to deliver successful brand and promotional campaigns across multiple channels, including mobile, digital, in-store, and out-of-home. Created new design processes to increase the speed and agility of our creative output. Supported new business development, pitched and won various pieces of business.

 

T-Mobile Tuesdays
Concepted, pitched and won multi-million dollar a year account. Led 12-member creative team in ideating and developing all components of the T-Mobile Tuesday iOS and Android product. Developed creative strategy and planning of weekly content refresh, app enhancements, partner sell-in materials and future app states. Program results: 14MM+ app downloads, 103+ MM participants, 51+ MM in-app redemptions, 45+ B social impressions, #1 in App Store.

McDonald’s Monopoly
Led team 3 years running in creation of campaign concepts, brand guides and all online components of McDonald’s Monopoly, the world’s largest promotional campaign. Programs averaged over 24 MM visitors with 120 MM codes entered.

Led teams in creative strategy, concept development, and production. Guided creative output for presentations to clients, partner agencies, and new business teams. Managed creative teams to deliver successful brand and promotional campaigns across multiple media channels, including mobile, digital, TV, in-store, and out-of-home.

 

Taco Bell Unlock the Box
Led team in creating one of Taco Bell’s most successful immersive 360 promotions. Program elements included TV, package, POS, SMS, online, mobile app and AR for consumers to win a Sony PlayStation Vita every 15 minutes.

Kmart
Led creative development of all digital components of Kmart’s “Live Your Christmas Story” campaign which included a partnership with Universal Studios Orlando, Christmas Facebook promotion, standard and rich media units and online game.

Creative team lead in complete redesign of KitchenAid.com. Supervising product shots, set designs and food styling, site creative development, usability and UX, and creation of print ads.

Jenn-Air
Led creative team in complete rebrand of Jenn-Air and re-launch of jennair.com. Developed new family of branding elements, style guide, supervised product shots, set designs and food styling, print ads, online and onsite brand activations.
